Where she started
A weathered 1947 teardrop with plenty of history—and even more potential.
Meet the Oakleys
We’re Chris and Andi Oakley—the husband-and-wife team behind The Grateful Bev and the parents of a lively blended family of five girls.
Our home is full of music, outdoor adventures, big personalities, and reasons to celebrate. We created The Grateful Bev to bring that same warmth and easygoing energy to gatherings across our community.
Plan with us
From teardrop to The Grateful Bev
What began as a weathered teardrop trailer has slowly been transformed into a mobile beverage experience made for weddings, celebrations, and grateful gatherings. Every stage has been a labor of love—and the story is still being written.

A weathered 1947 teardrop with plenty of history—and even more potential.

Chris started with the unglamorous part: a deep clean and a closer look at what the trailer needed.

Years of paint and wear came away, revealing the riveted aluminum body underneath.

The original shell began its transformation with a new service opening and a rebuilt exterior.

Inside, the beverage-service layout started coming together one thoughtful detail at a time.

What began as an old teardrop is becoming The Grateful Bev—and we cannot wait to share what comes next.
